The Ones That Change the Fastest Have This = PAIN!

If you’ve tried to get results and things aren’t changing…

1) There’s probably programming.

And …

2) Maybe you just need more pain.

Pain is such a motivator to our growth. Most of us (myself included), just got better at mitigating it.

I’d work out harder, run marathons, make more money, just about trying anything to change rather than just stopping and listening to what pain has to teach.

I see it so many times… when clients stop, listen, feel their feelings, and go within, the pain leaves and their minds awaken to everything they were desperately searching for on the outside.

It’s paradoxical really.

Definitely frustrating.

We’ve been taught to pop the pill, to get instant success, to work hard… this is Merica for god’s sake, land of opportunity and abundance!

Ya… not always.

Most of the time… trying harder only gets you more of what you already have.

Stop.

Breathe.

Listen to your pain.
