Her most recent book, When Race Trumps Merit: How the Pursuit of Equity Sacrifices Excellence, Destroys Beauty, and Threatens Lives, is a stunning, fact-filled, beautifully written and incontrovertible description how a focus on race to the exclusion of all else is destroying the very pillars on which success - success of a society, a culture, and individuals of all races - is founded. I can't emphasize enough how important and rigorous her research is, and how excruciatingly painful are her descriptions of the destruction.
