Advanced Push Up/Pull Up Sets
In this short video, I will show you an advanced pull up/push up set that is great for challenging your upper body strength. This set is perfect for calisthenics enthusiasts who are looking to take their training to the next level.
The set consists of 5 rounds of the following:
10 chin ups
10 push ups
After each round, take a 30-second rest.
To make the set more challenging, you can add weight to your pull ups or push ups. You can also try doing the dips with your legs extended.
If you are a beginner, you can start with a lower number of reps and sets. Gradually increase the number of reps and sets as you get stronger.
This set is a great way to build upper body strength and muscle mass. It is also a great way to improve your overall fitness.
