In the opening scene, Chelios, a hitman working for Carlito’s crime syndicate, wakes up inside his LA apartment all dizzy and confused. He stumbles into his living room where he finds a recording of a gangster called Verona injecting him with a drug. Verona says that he has approximately one hour until his heart slows down before stopping completely. To stay alive, Chelios has to keep his adrenaline up no matter how.
