Mid-flight Bagpipe Performance Annoys Passenger

Info from Licensor: "I was on an early morning flight from Edinburgh to Malaga. Slightly hungover and had only 4hrs sleep, I just wanted to get to Spain but out of nowhere at 30,000ft 2 boys from a group of Boy Scouts got up and proceeded to play the bagpipes RIGHT NEXT TO ME! Not one but 2 songs!! I can’t begin to explain how loud it was! I would’ve happily gone down with the plane at this point. They finished to a round of applause but this also did nothing to help the screaming kids on the plane."
