Day 14 - Simplify life down to a choice, Negative or Positive

Words are so powerful they are spells and influence our inner and out worlds

Our words are vibrations and the sounds influence physical matter. We can see this when we speak to our plants with hate or love. Hate sees the plant start deteriorating within weeks and with love the plant will start to thrive

Dr Emoto proved that our words influenced our water too.

For every negative, there is a positive word.

Never forget/Always Remember
Don’t stop/Keep Going

Negative words cut out flow, it also takes us back in the past. Positive words bring us present and allows us to stay in flow

Go with the flow

My philosophy is that if I only choose to use positive words, I will always be a positive person.

Having this as a knowing becomes my foundation and allows me to know, I always have a choice

If I catch myself being negative, I know instantly it is my ego and to get back to my truth

Bringing awareness to our words, allows you to be more present throughout the day, which means you are in flow, which means you are healing, which means you are being your Soul

It also allows you to observe others with the words they choose to speak, quite quickly we will understand why some people are feeling depressed or angry.

The words we use, become a great power and we start to know how to use them to change our inner and outer worlds

Our words spoken become the truth

What you put out comes back

Put out positive energy and positive energy comes right back

As you go through your days, bring awareness to the negative words we speak, bring awareness to when you speak them and find the alternative

Initially when we bring awareness to the words we speak, we can sometimes experience frustration. Remember let go of judgement and become the observer

Write a list of common sayings or words and then find an alternative empowering phrase

I don’t want to go tonight

I chose not to go

I got to see my parents
I get to see my parents
