The Great Tribulation Pt 2

The Book of Revelation is best understood when read in context of the entire Bible, embracing the Judeo-Christian heritage and connecting the symbols and imagery to the Old Testament.
The breaking of the seven seals, sounding of the seven trumpets, and pouring out of the seven bowls of wrath refer to the same events happening to different groups of people - the manchild company, the church, and the world.
The great tribulation is not just a time of suffering, but represents spiritual warfare between the manchild company and the kingdom of the antichrist. It ends with the defeat of the antichrist and the beginning of the millennial reign.
The manchild company functions like Moses, receiving revelation to build the church. Their ascension to Mount Zion is not about a rapture, but receiving blueprints for the church.
The mark of the beast refers to a form of spiritual control or false religion, not a physical mark. Babylon's grip on the earth will finally be broken.
Jesus' second coming will not be a secret rapture, but a visible return alongside the cloud of witnesses to establish his kingdom on earth.
The book is meant to encourage those facing tribulation, not instill fear. It reveals the fulfillment of God's plan in Jesus.
