Mexican Congressional Hearing disclosure ET bodies

A Youtuber who speaks Spanish puts together footage that he scoured the internet to find about the Mexican Congressional Hearing about an ET body they have:

Apparently, unless you took a video of the footage airing on TV with your phone, you won't be able to find it anywhere on the internet. He says he has the full four hours of the congressional hearing and he will give an update after he watches it all. Great images of the ET body and skeleton, organs, etc. From what he says, the Mexican govt says "We are taking too long, we need to start joining the other planets, or we are going to be left behind." also: "We are not alone, we have not been alone, they are advanced, they have technologies beyond our knowledge and it is something that we can learn from and our children, our future generations could be travelling the stars."

If this is accurate, it is a totally different message than "ETs may be a threat" or "ETs killed humans" a la David Grusch!
