Biden Wraps up Vietnam visit following G-20 Summit

In the hopes of strengthen relations with the president Joe Biden visited Vietnam after the G-20 Summit in India. Washington sees Hanoi as an important partner in the effort to counter China's claim in the South China Sea, a waterway through which trillions of dollars in trade flows each year.
