Plant medicinals in your food forest: Elderberry Syrup

It was really nice when we started feeling sick that I could walk into the pharmacy in my backyard and harvest some medicine. Don't overlook medicinal plants in your food forest!

Today we make elderberry syrup, and some seabuckthorn tea.
