Fasting Cures Everything! (please read description)

Well the truth is fasting allows the BODY to cure itself. 80% of the bodies energy is used to digest food. If you fast then that 80% of energy goes to repairing and healing. I learned this over a decade ago. I do intermittent fasting as well as 2 , 3 , 5 and 7 day fasts. I just drink distilled water when fasting. I add a small pinch of Celtic sea salt to the water to keep my electrolytes up and keep hydrated. Whenever I don't feel well I fast and within a day or less I feel much better. Also eating carbs is what makes us fat NOT fat.
