House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) announced that the House will begin an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden, Biden, Inc., Hunter Biden and all the alleged high crimes and misdemeanors that goes along with it. Gene Berardelli looks at some buffoonish reactions to the news, including a kooky Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) and the White House's "bat signal" sent out to their allies in the media.
