Libyans inspect what's left of their flood-hit city

The residents of Libya's flood-struck city of Derna inspected their devastated neighborhoods on Tuesday (September 12) after a huge Mediterranean storm burst dams, swept away buildings and wiped out as much as a quarter of the eastern coastal town.
