Breaded Garden Tomatoes AND Roasted Cherry Tomatoes on pasta & Cream Sauce for Tomato TWOsday Share!

My friends and I thought it would be such fun to share an ingredient based video with you (hopefully every month... let's see how this goes) and we chose Tomatoes for the month of September. August was a trial run of sharing Zucchini ... so just heads up that we may be trying something again in October! It isn't like a collaboration or anything... just friends having fun! We hope that you enjoy our silly idea and get some great recipes along the way! Because it is the SECOND Tuesday of the month we named it Tomato Twosday, and then went a step further and thought that 2 videos would suit the theme quite well! Today you will see that I started out with a side, and finished with a full on meal. One was something I was yearning for from my childhood, the other was totally made up and my family literally licked their plates clean! NO LEFTOVERS!

Personally, I thought it was a bit sweeter than I remembered so I would probably use half of the sugar and I might be inclined to also use half of the oil.
