A Tennessee man has entered a guilty plea for brandishing an AK-47 rifle at Little Caesars employees due to the delayed preparation of his $6 pepperoni pizza, according to official records.

Charles Doty, aged 64, accepted a plea agreement last month, admitting to his dangerous actions at a Knoxville restaurant.

Doty, initially facing multiple felony charges, is set to receive his sentence on September 29 after pleading guilty to four counts of aggravated assault.

Under this “blind plea,” the specifics of the sentence’s duration and nature will be determined solely by a Criminal Court judge, as explained by a spokesperson for the prosecution, The Smoking Gun reported.
