We are bringing so much more awareness to our ego. We now are aware of how much the ego plays a role in our life, and how often it is around. With this awareness we are able to observe the thoughts and focus on our feelings.

Thank your self for the journey so far, so much more awareness, so much more present which means healing.

Honesty, forgiveness and acceptance are so important for our growth.

Staying in your heart centre ask your soul and allow the truth to come through

Knowing you are in complete control, what are you holding on to and what is out of your control?
