As always I can only speak of possibilities but now we see them playing out and reality is giving us a way out just by knowing and doing for ourselves.

They did this to us, they made is unwell, unfit and unable so it is time to reject the dis-ease that constantly attacks us and begin to imagine a future in which we thrive but it is only possible if we begin now.

If we are wrong...fantastic for all but if they are not bluffing, we need to get off our arses or we are the victims that people will mock.
