At his sentencing for a class B misdemeanor, the government appeared to be asking for the court to sentence Owen Shroyer, not for the crime he plead guilty to, but rather for the crime they wanted him to be guilty of instead.

Unfortunately this is where we are right now with the criminal justice system in the hands of radical leftists.
