00:06 - Start of raw CNN footage showing scenes of first responders gathering on West Street, also the burning and smoking WTC site, incl. WTC 7 and 90 West Street in the background, recorded on late afternoon.
That is the only video from this camera that could be found within the released NIST videos.

03:56 - Close-up view on the damaged upper SW corner of WTC 7.

08:42 - Burning construction safety nets and possibly a portion of the roof of 90 West Street building.
An early fire on a lower floor of this building was already visible on the two final Bill Biggart photos, taken just seconds prior to the collapse of WTC 1 (North Tower) at 10:28:22am. See one of them her (mirrored): https://bit.ly/2JykD4N

09:51 - Close-up shot of the microwave tower atop WTC-7 west penthouse. Also provides good view on the upper-most north face of this building.

10:00 - Medium shot of the upper WTC-7 north and west faces with visible facade damage at SW corner.

10:48 - Another close-up of the roof fire at 90 West Street.

10:57 - Best close-up of the facade damage at the upper WTC-7 SW corner. Looks like as if light smoke is coming out of some south-face windows behind the SW corner.

11:51 - Close-up of people looking down from a SW balcony of 310 Greenwich Street building.

12:53 - Another great tight shot of the WTC-7 roof structures and the upper north face before prior to the building's collapse.

13:11 - WTC 7 totally collapses around 5:20:52pm (NIST final timeline "Adjusted Time from Television Broadcasts").
Local collapse of the east penthouse either missed or is missing from this video.

14:08 - Excellent view on the development of the post-collapse dust plume.
