Being that the cops showed up before we were able to locate the creep because he lied about what car he was in. So after making a report I somehow manage to get this creep to meet me at a random apartment building which he believed the decoy lived. He looked so suspicious so I just started asking him questions which led me to know he was the one I was looking for LOL "gotcha bitch"
