After 40 years, Nike is closing its NE Factor Store in Portland, Oregon, due to crime and safety issues. Nike, reached out to Mayor Ted Wheeler for support in hiring off-duty police for security, but city officials were more concerned about reactions they'd get for pursuing criminals.
