Federal Court Blocks Idaho’s Transgender Sports Law #LGBTQ #idaho #sports

A federal appeals court has upheld a block on a 2020 Idaho law that would bar transgenders from participating in female sports teams. The law had been given a preliminary injunction from being enforced back in 2020 and is currently being challenged by two athletes, one from Boise State University and one from Boise High School. The law is still being challenged in court, but the appeals court decision is a setback for those fighting against transgenderism in schools and higher learning.
