Nick Murphy DIRECTOR, WRITER, EDITOR.

Nick Murphy is one of those guys who puts his all into his projects. Super kind and incredibly focused. For 13 years, he was the director and video producer for the Preston and Steve Show on 93.3 WMMR, the #1 radio show in Philadelphia. He basically built the blueprint for how video was done for the show. When I first met him I was a new intern at the station, but I knew immediately he was a big player. I quickly found out he was the nicest guy and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. All these years latter I wanted to pick his mind to see why he has been so successful.

His work has been featured on sites such as The Huffington Post, New York Magazine, IFC, and The Sony Playstation Blog. He also has done creative work for Disney XD, Comcast/Xfinity, Dietz & Watson, Microsoft, Android, Ford, Best Buy, Capcom, G4, Corona Light, Budweiser, Taco Bell, Static Media, Looper, Nicki Swift, and Live Nation. Still not impressed? He is the co-host and producer of the web show 'Continue?,' which has 200,000 subscribers and over 46 million views. He co-wrote the children’s comic book, Cosmic Pizza Party, a short story in Creepy Cafetorium, and writes for the Epic!

All to be said, Nick is killing it and is not slowing down at all. He is a fun loving guy who takes his work serious and was a fabulous talk. In a twist of irony while editing this video I learned that some of the footage of the interview became a corrupted file. Thus the quality in the video or audio changes here and there. I remembered what Nick told me about owning up to what your presented work is. And that this is one hell of a great interview from a superb filmmaker.
