New update in Pennsylvania manhunt: The convicted killer who escaped from an eastern Pennsylvania prison nearly two weeks ago is considered “armed and extremely dangerous” after he stole a rifle from the garage of a local homeowner.

investigators say the homeowner fired several shots at the suspect Danelo Cavalcante, but it is not yet if he was hit.
