Tough Mudder Pittsburgh 9/9/23 Race Recap

Did this for fun today. Took it easy and enjoyed doing a ocr just for fun. Weather wasn't to bad one of warmest for pitt. Did Rain for first half of the lap. Definitly weak upper body but I knew I would be, so didnt retry the couple i failed since no point in a non cp.petetove fun run style event. Good time seeing my ocr family today. No drama, no bs, kind of day. Came home uninjured which was plan which is also why I didn't push much today. Felt great getting muddy, wet, and out of comfort zone. Been a minute . Can't wait to get back to actually training for ocr again and jump back into elite waves.
