Video Game Smurfs
Do you guys know the term video game smurfing? So I watched some videos here is the definition if found. Smurfing is when papa Smurf meets mama Smurf and they start smurfing some blue paint comes out or something. Jokes aside, video game smurfing is when a highly skilled player with a specific rank avoids playing players of the same rank by using an account with a lower rank. Other methods are instead of using the different account you kill your game character over and over to get matched with lower-ranked players. Here are some life examples: Pacquiao joining inter barangay boxing, Sarah Geronimo joining Got Talent show And many more examples. TLDR: It's bad, especially if you are the type of playing the game seriously only to pwned. Pwnaed or pwnage is a video game term where you got totally destroyed. And unfortunately, this is prevalent in the competitive scene in video games. Have you been affected by this? Or are you one of the reasons? What games have you experienced smurfing? How can game publishers stop video game smurfing? Is it even possible? IP Ban or Hardware Ban? Well to be fair you can report them, some games like valorant have Automated Smurf Detection’ system

Valve Smurfs
Last September 2 on a blog post by Valve it was revealed that they have we permanently banned 90,000 Smurf accounts.

GTA VI Price
In a recent report by Dexerto, a rumor circulated that the budget for the sequel of GTA VI is around 1~2 Billion dollars. If this is true this will be the most expensive game of all time and since the development is expensive, the cost usually transfers to the consumer. Because, on the Dexerto article, its was mentioned as a Rumor the GTA VI will cost 150USD .

GTAVI Release Window
According to Strauss Zelnick CEO of Take-Two Interactive the parent of Rockstar Games this what he said “we have a very robust pipeline of titles and we have a great outlook for fiscal 2025”. So it maybe a hint? Around April 1 2024 to March 2025 if we based it on that fiscal year.

Rockstar Selling Pirated Games on Steam
Speaking of Rockstar apparently, they have been caught selling cracked games on steam. This was revealed by a video game modder “silent”, He found out by checking the hex code of the exe files which reveal cracking groups like razer 1911. Dont worry no fitgirl mentioned. This was found on their games like Midnight Club 2, Manhunt, and Max Payne.

Stray Movie
Well if you can’t get enough apparently they are making an animated movie. So Annapurna Studios will be making the movie which is led by former Disney Animation executive.

Arcane Season 2
If you are eagerly waiting for the second season of Arcane this might be good or bad news for you. According to the reports Arcane Season 2 might release in the winter of 2024, so around October to December. However, this information isn't confirmed or denied by Riot Games instead it was from the Twitter account League of Legends account that posted a photo of a Tencent Conference called 2024 Video V Vision.
