Biden’s Hanoi trip was overshadowed by revelations of Vietnam’s secret Russian arms deal. They want to lead you to believe that Putin is hurting so bad that he is even reaching out to North Korea. Vietnam is making a deal with Russia while Biden is standing in Vietnam just ignoring the sanctions the US has put on Russia.
