Nike’s latest model that looks closer to army-issue footwear than classic sneakers. A mix of olive leather, suede and ballistic nylon definitely recalls military boots, and the lack of Swoosh builds a strong case.

However, take a closer look, and some clear influences from Nike’s back catalogue come through. The overall silhouette and toebox screams Air Force 1. The boot also sees a clear separation from the middle as the front is made from smooth tonal leather while the rear sees nappy suede in matching hues. Ballistic nylon makes up the tongue of the boot, and is accented by metal hardware via a unique double eyelet lacing system. The chunky outsole receives asymmetrical moulding that is furthered by deep tread patterns and a debossed Swoosh logo at the Back.
