Welcome to Day 4 of my 100 Days Content Challenge! 🌟 Join me, Graham Wright, in this fantastic afternoon as we dive into the world of gardening. Today, we're planting cold weather crops like lettuce, cabbage, and carrots, even though it's already September. 🥕🥬

With a positive outlook and determination, we're voicing our gardening aspirations out to the universe. Failure is okay as long as we try, right? After grabbing some essential tools from the woodshed, we'll clean up the garden bed and start planting.

Watch as my feathered friends pitch in by tilling and scratching the earth after we removed a tarp that worked its magic. It's amazing what a bit of time and a tarp can do for a garden bed! 🐓

We'll utilize a technique inspired by Jess from Roots Refuge for planting carrots, and I'll explain why it's perfect with the cold front we're experiencing. Plus, we'll discuss the viability of older seeds using a simple water test.

In this episode of "chaos gardening," I'll show you how to plant carrots in a straightforward and unpretentious way. Forget perfection; let's just get food in the ground and see what nature brings. 🌱

And, don't miss the adorable moments with my son as we explore the garden together and hunt for potatoes, which were an experimental addition to our garden. Spoiler: it gets a bit messy!

If you believe in the beauty of imperfection and want to join the chaos gardening movement, hit that "like" button and subscribe for more gardening adventures! Let's grow together! 🌿👨‍🌾
