Day 1 Amish week Amish shipwreck casserole #amishcountry

1 pound hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¾ soup can milk
2 cups Cheddar cheese optional
INSTRUCTIONS

Brown hamburger and put into a casserole dish.
Dice in a layer of onions and then potatoes.
Pour soup on top.
Pour milk on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
