Imi N'Tala is a village that has been torn apart following the devastating earthquake, with homes and lives gone.

The United Nations estimates some 300,000 people were affected by the quake, with most of the destruction and deaths in the High Atlas Mountains, where houses folded in on themselves and left residents trapped underneath the ruins.
