Marking their first foray into the budding SL eMTB - or eBike Light - category, the new Santa Cruz Heckler SL rounds out Santa Cruz Bicycles eMTB lineup, which now offers two full power models and this new SL. Built around the Fazua Ride 60 drive unit and with an integrated 430Wh battery, this mixed wheel 160/150mm trail ripper should be a welcome addition to the line. Santa Cruz’s Garen Becker and industrial designer turned product manager, Jack Russell, drove up a fresh bike for us to hit the trails and learn a bit more about this bike before we conduct our long-term review.
