The Daily Shave #24 - Razorock Hawk V3 Aggressive First Shave

First shave with the Razorock Hawk V3 with the aggressive plate and a Kai Captain Titan Mild blade. I've never used an artist club razor and this is the best made modern razor I've used. It's hard to compare it to my vintage Super Speed, they're so completely different.

It was an excellent shave and while I need to refine my technique, I'm very pleased with the Hawk.

Pre-Shave: GFT Spanish Leather Skin Food
Soap / Cream: Southern Witchcraft Incorporeal
Razor: Razorock Hawk V3 Aggressive
Blade: KAI Captain Titan Mild (Pink)
Post Shave: Barrister & Mann Muir Wood balm
Result: 9 closeness and 8.5 comfort overall. My technique needs work but overall it was very nice.

10 = BBS: 100% smooth everywhere, even ATG
9 = BBS-: smooth ATG 2/3 of area, XTG on the rest
8 = DFS+: smooth ATG 1/2 of area, XTG on the rest
7 = DFS: smooth ATG 1/3 of area, XTG on the rest
6 = DFS- : smooth XTG everywhere
5 = CCS : smooth XTG almost everywhere, neck not quite there.
4 and lower - I might need a transfusion or another shave. Or maybe I forgot to put the blade in.
