35-Minute Mobility Workout | 1.9.2023

This 35-minute mobility and stretch workout is a total body circuit with 4 rounds at 50 seconds per movement using a yoga mat and a hand towel! There is a short bodyweight warm up to start and includes a cool down to wrap up this class.
