CHIEF JUSTICE EXPRESSES CONCERN ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA'S INFLUENCE ON CHILD REARING

Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo has voiced concerns about parents neglecting their responsibilities by allowing their children to be raised by social media.
He conveyed this message while presiding over the launch of the book titled "The Naked Truth," authored by Dr. Pius Bigirimana, the Secretary to the Judiciary.
During the book launch, Dr. Pius Bigirimana and UBC’s Senior Administrator Elizabeth Bigirimana celebrated their silver jubilee in marriage.
