DETOXING & ABSORPTION

Eating isn't even half of the process. In order for the body-vessel to function at high performance, let alone peak performance, the fuel must be absorbed, metabolized and converted into useable energy.
This wellness Wednesday rant, part one of two, I'll share what I learned and experienced by changing, some might say, "correcting" my innerstanding of the relationship between detoxing the vessel and absorbing more of the nutrients in what we consume.
By physical, mental and performance accounts, we seem to be on the right track.
