The Serpent's Kitchen: The Bone Marrow Vitality Elixir ( Basic Formula )

This basic formula can be modified in a myriad of ways, to change the desired outcome of what the elixir provides those who consume it. For instance, by way of the addition of 2 particular ingredients, this formula can be used to invoke and maintain a deep state of sublime relaxation. I will discuss more on this later, & if there is enough interest, I will share modified versions of the formula.

This formula is absolutely delicious & tastes better than ice cream. Raw bone marrow tastes like sweet butter, and makes the texture of this potent elixir devine. I will talk more about the health benefits of the marrow in an upcoming video, but for now I want to keep the recipe concise & to the point.

Now, on to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1. Grass fed & grass finished beef marrow bones. These aren’t always the easiest to come by, but with a bit of searching, you should be able to acquire a large bag of these for relatively cheap. Due to a recent spike in nose to tail eating, the cost of marrow bones, especially those that are grass fed, has gone up considerably in the past few years. My local sprouts farmers market sells bags of these for a staggeringly high $12.50 per bag. These used to be around $7. You typically get 5-7 ( sometimes more ) bones in each bag. The specific bag of bones I most often use can be found in the picture section attached to this thread.

2. Goats milk. Alternatively you may use cows milk, but ideally goats milk 🥛 should be used. Goats milk is much more assimiable by the human body and is better suited for human consumption in comparison to bovine milk. Sadly, I did not have any on hand so I opted for the less optimal choice of cows milk. I use between 1 and 1-1/2 cups. If you add too much, the end product will be too liquidy, & not thick enough. Consistency is key to this recipe.

3. 2-3 organic quality raw eggs. Duck or chicken eggs can be used, with duck eggs being the better option of the two.

4. 1/4 to 1/2 or 1 full fully frozen banana 🍌( frozen for 24 hours ). Fully frozen bananas are the key to the proper consistency or this drink. If the bananas aren’t frozen solid, the drink will not taste anywhere near as good as it should. I suggest getting 10-20 ripe organic bananas, & freezing them so you have them on hand. I suggest adding a 1/4 of a frozen banana at first, and adding more after your initial blend to reach your desired consistency. Depending on the sIze of the banana, you may need more or less.

5. A small handful of organic blueberries 🫐. The addition of these is not necessary, & I suggest making the drink without them prior to adding them. This way you can gauge the flavor. You may find that you enjoy the drink far more without them, or, with them. Blueberries are adding for their DNA 🧬 reparative properties, powerful pigments, & energizing carbohydrates.

HOW TO MAKE

1. First you will need to thaw a marrow bone until the marrow can easily be pushed out of the bone with minimal effort. To achieve this, take a bone from the freezer, and leave it in the refigerator in a covered dish for 2-5 hours. I personally leave mine out of the fridge entirely, for roughly 30-60 minutes before it is able to be removed from the bone.

2. Add your raw eggs, milk, & banana.

3. Blend for at least 30 seconds, preferably with a high power blend such as a vitamix, ninja, or blend tech.

4. Serve in a special chalice, not just some silly common mug or cup. Ideally this will be consumed while in your inner temple. More on this later.

TIP: SAVE THE BONES AFTER YOUR MARROW IS REMOVED FOR MAKING STOCK. SIMPLY PUT ALL USED BONES IN A PLASTIC FREEZER BAG FOR LATER USE.
