Tikka Boti
-2 Kg Beef.
-1 Tbsp Garli and Ginger paste.
-2 Tbsp cucumbers powder.
-2 Tbsp lemon juice.
-1 Tbsp cumin seed.
-1 tbsp red chilli powder.
-half 1/2 Tbsp turmeric powder.
-1 Tbsp chart masala.
-1 Tbsp red chilli crush.
-1 Tbsp salt.
-1 cup yogurt.
-Mix well.
-and marinate 7 hour.

Directions:
Prepare BBQ Boti:
-Cut Beef in to thin strips.
-In Beef add garlic & ginger paste ,2 tTbsp cucumbers ,2 Tbsp lemon juie ,1 Tbsp cumin seed ,1 Tbsp red chilli powder ,Haff Tbsp turmeric powder ,
-1 Tbsp chart masala ,1 Tbsp red chilli crush ,1Tbsp salt ,And 1 cup yogurt .
-Mix well and marinate 7 hour.
