Chatkhara Malai Boti Recipe in English :
Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken 500 grams
Homemade Malaai 4 tspoon
Homemade Yogurt 4 tspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tspoon
Salt to taste
Black Pepper 1 tspon
Oregano 1 pinch
Chilli Flakes 1 tspoon
R3d Chilli powder 1 tspoon
Garlic Powder half t spoon
Dry Corriender 1 Table spoon
Cooking Oil 1 Table spoon
Mix all these ingredients into chicken .mix it well and cook this mixture on low flame for about 15 minutes..cover it..after 15minutes dry rest of water until chicken become tender...heat up the coal , add into the chicen mixture...and give a good steam for 5 minutes....
Serve it with lemon and green chillies
