Hickock is a 4-year-old AQHA registered gelding. Beautiful bay color and standing at 14.1hh, this guy is so QUIET and easy to ride, a real BABYSITTER type of horse.
He’s built short and stocky, is very cowy, and is an all-around QUIET minded gelding.
He does well in the arena, has smooth easy gaits, picks up both leads easily, is soft and responsive off your seat and legs, has a good stop, backs up, and sidepasses.
Hickock has been on lots of trail rides, he’s fine leading or in the back. He’ll go out alone or with a group.
Is not spooky, no buck, rear, bite, or any silly business.
Hickock has been over obstacles, you can drag stuff off him, ride him bareback, work cows, or rope off of him.
Anything new you throw at him he takes in stride.
He has been used to pony horses, you can work other horses off him, he’ll be the solid horse you can use to work youngsters.
You’ll feel very SAFE while on his back, he feels like an old soul that will take care of you.
Loads, unloads and trailers with ease.
Hickock will stand quietly to be groomed, tacked, bathed, for the farrier etc.
