Here are some tips for maintaining clear skin:

2 Exfoliate: Exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells, promoting a brighter complexion. Use a mild exfoliant 1-2 times a week to avoid over-exfoliation, which can lead to irritation.
4 Moisturize: Even if you have oily skin, moisturizing is essential. Choose an oil-free, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated without clogging pores.
5 Sun Protection: Wear sunscreen daily with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Sunscreen helps prevent premature aging and reduces the risk of skin cancer.
6 Healthy Diet: Consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals from these foods can promote clear skin.
