Donald Trump tailgates before Iowa-Iowa State game

The former President Donald Trump made an appearance at Saturday’s Iowa-Iowa State game, but before the matchup, he took a trip down memory lane, reliving his college days.

The game kicked off at 3:30 ET, affording Trump some pre-game moments to mingle with Iowa locals. The 77-year-old Trump was seen grilling burgers at a tailgate alongside enthusiastic fans.

As he entered the stadium, an enormous crowd gathered around him, erupting into spirited chants of “USA.”

Before heading into the game, Trump was also met with a resounding “four more years” chant.

Additionally, he paid a visit to the Alpha Gamma Rho agricultural fraternity, Fox News reported.
