Canadian Navy Encounters a Chinese Destroyer

The HMCS Ottawa is on excercise with ships from Japan and the United States as part of Freedom of Navigation through International Waters when they encountered Chinese ships. Time fo Canada to speed up reconstruction of it's navy to face new challenges.
