If you've been through self-improvement then you've probably been through this scenario. You feel unstoppable. Everything is going perfectly. You're eating great, you've never felt stronger at the gym and everything at work is great. Then it happens. All of a sudden you hit a wall. Your momentum comes to an immediate halt.
