He lived in a trash can, and slept right on garbage bags

A resident of Puerto Rico named Heather Martin accidentally found out about this dog. The battered, frightened poor thing was noticed among the garbage bags - she was looking for food there, and slept right on the bags. Fortunately, she was reported to local rescuers, who found, fed and took the dog away.
