I used to have low iron levels a few years ago and these tips have helped increase my iron levels. I would strongly suggest talking to a doctor to get your iron levels tested before trying any of the tips in this video. Just as low iron is not a good thing, excess iron is not a good thing either. And definitely, do NOT take a supplement unless you have spoken to your doctor about that
