Judge Chutkan Should Recuse Herself From the Donald Trump Case as She Is Clearly Biased

Judge Chutkan is absolutely not fit to be the judge in the case against Donald Trump. According to Mark, she has broken the U.S. Judge Code of Conduct, scheduled her case ahead of the first case in Florida, and has set that date for March 4, 2024—the day before Super Tuesday. She knows exactly what she’s doing—denying Donald Trump and his lawyers the Sixth Amendment due process rights and has stacked the deck against the former president. This cannot stand.
