Welcome to another THAT girl video! This trend is still very big on TikTok and more people are slowly but surely becoming aware of the benefits of it. I understand that the trend can be seen as toxic because it gets people to 'strive for perfection but there is a correct way - focusing on integrating only a few things at a time from this video into your daily life and building on those habits.
In this video, I take you along with me on my productive morning routine! I recently read a book called ''The Miracle Morning' (The 6 habits that will transform your life before 8am) and it allowed me to see my morning from a slightly different perspective. I used to stress myself out because there were so many things I wanted to fit into each morning. However, I learned that doing a little bit at a time adds up! That's why I decided to share with you the Life S.A.V.E.R.S routine. It has helped me a lot.
