Kim-Putin summit: North Korean leader reportedly heading to Russia

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is reportedly leaving his country by train, and is headed for Russia to meet with Vladimir Putin.
That's where he's expected to hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin as soon as Tuesday.
It will be Kim's first visit abroad in more than four years.
