We were curious about the water level at Canyon Lake (TX), so after we made the trip up there for the Central Texas Drone Meet-up, we sought out the nearest public boat ramp (#1 of 25) and flew our DJI Mini 3 Pro drone from there. Not very crowded, since the ramp was closed to vehicles and boats on trailers. You could still walk past the barricades to launch non-motorized water craft (canoes, kayaks, inner tubes, paddle boards, etc.) We captured some footage of a couple floating on inner tubes and one lady on a paddle board.
